Accommodation
RESERVED ACCOMMODATION
We strongly recommend to book hotel accommodation as early as possible. The summer season is very busy and hotels fill up quickly. There is no deadline for residences, though.
We have reserved a number of rooms in residencies and hotels in the vicinity of the summer school site. These are available at a discount rate to participants of NanoQI. The rooms in the residencies are more affordable and their number suffices to accommodate all participants. The (more expensive) hotel rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis. Make sure that you mention the school NanoQI (e.g., put "RESERVA NANOQI" in the subject line of your email) in order to take advantage of the reduced rates.
OLARAIN
A limited number of rooms with special school rates have been blocked at the Olarain Residence, located ca 1.5km from the NanoQI venue. These are individual rooms at 64€/90€ night (taxes included) with breakfast. This accommodation CAN ONLY BE BOOKED together with your registration after acceptance to the school.
LAS MONJITAS
A limited number of rooms with special school rates have been blocked at the Villa Alaidi, located ca 600m from the NanoQI venue. These are shared rooms (2-4 beds) at 30€ night. This accommodation CAN ONLY BE BOOKED together with your registration after acceptance to the school.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
A limited number of rooms are available to NanoQI participants at a special school rate (don't forget to mention the school when reserving!) in two hotels close to the site of the school site:

OTHER
Donostia offers a great variety of different kinds of accommodation, ranging from 5-star hotels to hostels and flats. In order to facilitate your finding the option that suits you, we suggest that you visit the link of the Tourism Office, below. You should book directly your choice by your own at the selected place.
